DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT - PROJECT MANAGEMENT
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course will guide students through the different aspects of the project management cycle. Students will acquire the skills needed to develop a project from conception to the project proposal.
TARGET
This programme is designed for individuals and organisations seeking to enhance value by a project management structured systems approach rather than by trial and error. Functional managers, project leaders, information systems managers, systems analysts, engineers, professionals, administrative staff and interested persons seeking career enhancement/change, and self-employment should find it particularly beneficial.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Participants must have attained at least five (5) CXC passes at General Proficiency (inclusive of English Language and Mathematics) or the equivalent. Participants also must be computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. Project Management practitioners and technicians in Project Management departments and other persons who have an acceptable background of training and/or experience are also encouraged.
